Refund policy

Most of our mattresses are custom and made to order. We do not offer refunds or accept returns because we cannot resell mattresses once they have been shipped from our facility. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All MTJ American products include a manufacturer's warranty against defects.
