MTJ offers three different construction types along with many fabric options to achieve the desired comfort level and meet specific price points.  Our construction types offered are innerspring, polyurethane foam, or “green” recycled center core foam.  The fabric options are sewn 210D nylon or RF welded vinyls, PU or TPU coated nylons.  The patented breather system along with the RF welded seams, offer added health and safety as well as durability to the college environment.  The available silver ion technology fabrics add an extra health benefit.  All fabrics are anti-microbial, anti-fungal, bacteriostatic, and hypo-allergenic.  All MTJ mattress products meet 16 CFR part 1633 fire retardant regulations and are Buy American Act compliant.
